Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with our organizational objectives and enhance our brand reputation and build awareness of our unique value proposition.
• Create and execute comprehensive communication strategies and tactics to effectively deliver key messages to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing communications strategies to promote our brand, products, and services, including recurring communications for plan sponsors, advisors, and group administrators.
• Collaborate with Marketing colleagues and cross‑functional teams, including Business Development, Product, Brand, Communications and Operations to define key messages, target audience segments, and communication channels.
