Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Lead a team to drive continued retail growth across every University of Toronto Bookstore location and uoftbookstore.com, integrating marketing efforts with the University of Toronto brand and aligning with appropriate internal and external stakeholders. Oversee the full spectrum of online business operations — strategy development, website optimization, social media strategy, compliance with applicable regulations, and team leadership. Stewarding signature brand collaborations and partnership development and the Bookstore’s presence across campus. Key qualifications include experience in retail marketing and brand management, ideally in a university, campus‑retail, or mission‑driven brand environment.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
