Overview / Responsibilities

Massy Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the preparation of Mechanical Engineering deliverables, such as:

• Originate and check discipline deliverables.
• Assist the Discipline Lead Engineer and/or Discipline Function Lead as directed.
• Produce solutions that are safe, cost effective, fit for purpose and add value to both Massy Wood Group and the client.
• Ensure operational and maintenance issues are addressed in the design.
• Provide discipline input to procurement and construction activities.
• Conduct surveys, both onshore and offshore, to determine information to allow execution of scopes of work.
• Attend technical meetings if delegated by the Discipline Lead Engineer.
