Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems for heavy‑duty pumps and dredge equipment.
- Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and drawings.
- Lead prototype development and testing activities, including hands‑on fabrication and assembly.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including other engineers, to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, and customer service teams.
- Conduct testing and validation of designs to ensure they meet specifications.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve product quality and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
