• Managing a team of .NET developers (onshore, near shore and offshore), providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Working with Product Manager and stakeholders (US based) for requirements and roadmap discussion.
• Collaborating with IT counterparts like PGR, SFMC and other services such as Rx, grooming and training.
