Lead cross‑functional technical efforts that transition new optoelectronic products from R&D into full‑scale production, ensuring alignment with design intent. Manage build readiness by defining prototype requirements, coordinating clear‑to‑build activities, and supporting manufacturing partners through each build phase. Oversee production performance, including yield tracking, cost‑reduction planning, and Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy throughout the product lifecycle. Guide failure analysis and troubleshooting activities with internal engineers and contract manufacturers.
