Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Ocean Freight (Exports – Imports)

  • Identifying opportunities between Imports deliveries and Exports collections

  • To be responsible for the process of some shipments (full loads & Groupage).

  • Providing operational assistance to the operators.

  • Carry out Backoffice / administrative tasks (invoicing, retrieving PODs, etc.).

  • To Cover for each operator when on holidays, sick or helping them when workload is heavy.

  • To be compliant with Operations processes, and, make sure that the operators are compliant too.

  • To maintain a very good working relationship with the staff members, partners, sub-contractors and customers

    • Skills and Experience

  • 100% fluency and clarity in spoken and written English to standard of first language is essential.

  • Work experience in an Office environment in Ireland (1 year min).
