Job Description

Our client is looking for a 2 Senior OCM Specialist's to lead and support multiple IT initiatives through training, learning strategies, communication and change analysis for transformational based projects 

Must be able to provide a portfolio sample of previous work

First role:

  • Located in Edm open to AB candidates, will be onsite 3 days per week in Edm
  • Well versed with in creating impact assessments
  • Working with training leadon developing new materials.

    • Nice to have:

  • Experience with Articulate Rise

    • Second role:

  • Located in Calgary, onsite 3 days per week
  • Creating communication content, ensure engagement plan and communication plan is executed from beginning to end
  • Supporting 3 projects in spaces such as SCM or Maximo

    • Must Haves:

  • 12+ years' experience working as a OCM leading large complex technology programs and business process tran...
