About the Role

Senior Manager – Payroll to lead and evolve payroll operations across the Americas. This high‑impact leadership role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while driving transformation, governance, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end payroll operations across multiple countries in LATAM and the US
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, labor, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and optimize relationships with external payroll vendors
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring data accuracy and readiness
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams
• Act as a payroll subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations
• Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery aligned with SLAs
• Lead and develop the payroll team
