What You’ll Do

• Define holistic quality approaches for large client engagements
• Participate in Discovery and Delivery activities to set future teams up for success
• Define robust test automation architecture and apply and evolve open-source frameworks
• Architect trusted test automation patterns with high reliability and relevancy
• Coach project team members, and assist them in performing their project work
• Serve as a people leader, responsible for career development, performance evaluation, and alignment of people to client projects
• Support skill and behavioral interviews for new hire candidates
