A fast growing Fintech in Latam with the mission to unlock SMBs’ potential by providing financial solutions and reimagining the financial infrastructure of Latin America,is looking for a Senior Product Designer to elevate the quality, consistency, and reliability of our user experiences across partners, while contributing to core product design initiatives.

This role sits at the intersection of Product Design, Frontend Engineering, and Product Quality, with a strong focus on experience consistency, implementation fidelity, and scalable design systems. You will ensure that what we ship matches the intended experience, while helping strengthen our design foundations and systems as we scale. You'll also participate in the ideation and launch of new product features and partner experiences across multiple markets.
