Strategic Product Ownership (45%)

• Contribute to domain-level product strategy and roadmap for Payroll & Time, aligned with enterprise HR vision and portfolio priorities.
• Translate enterprise needs, payroll requirements, compliance expectations, and employee insights into cohesive end-to-end product experiences, including workflows, business rules, controls, and role-based interactions.
