Overview
Global Functions Technology (GFT) is part of RBCβs Technology and Operations division. GFT collaborates with partners across the company to deliver innovative and transformative IT solutions for clients in Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking, and Wealth Management. We lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration, aiming to challenge assumptions and think boldly. Responsibilities
Plan and manage the execution of assigned projects, including scope negotiation, initiative ownership, milestones, and timelines. Apply appropriate change management processes to balance competing demands and priorities. Determine and convey the impact of changes on budget, time, and risk.
