UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Wind Turbine Engineer to provide technical excellence for wind turbine technology across APAC and Global projects. This role serves as a subject-matter expert for OEM turbine platforms, supports due diligence and asset advisory services, interfaces directly with clients and turbine OEMs. The position requires deep experience in wind turbine design and operations, with the ability to lead complex technical evaluations.
+ Serve as a technical expert for wind turbine technology across UL’s Wind Asset Advisory and Due Diligence teams.
+ Perform OEM turbine technology evaluations (primarily Chinese turbine OEMs, but also all major global OEMs), including drafting and maintaining turbine technology reports used globally. Track issues and resolutions associated with turbine models as they emerge, develop, and are resolved.
+ Provide technical leadership on independent engineering (IE) due diligence for greenfield, repower, and operating projects.
