Overview

Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll guide mid-to-large commercial and institutional projects from initial concept and proposal development right through to final close-out. You’ll lead pre-construction under CM, drive design-to-tender workflows, convert to a stipulated‑sum model, and execute construction with precision, accountability and collaboration. As a mentor and coach, you’ll empower project managers and coordinators to raise their game, foster solid partnerships with clients and subcontractors, and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality and efficiency.
