CBRE GWS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Principal Contracting to join our Project Management team in Sweden.

This role has full accountability for the identification, development, and end-to-end delivery of capital and operational projects across a defined portfolio of client sites. Acting as Principal Contractor, the post holder will manage all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance, commercial performance, and exceptional client outcomes.
