Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will manage and oversee commercial and/or industrial projects from inception to completion, working closely with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals while managing the overall success of construction projects of varying sizes and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the success and profitability throughout the project’s lifetime while retaining the owner as a client for life.
• Maintain the company’s brand with all clients, employees, trade partners and supply chain partners.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues/problems as or before they occur.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.
• Track project progress, variances and recovery.
• Identify, review, submit, and implement all RFIs in conjunction with the project team.
