Shape the future of generative AI with MEDFAR as a Senior Prompt Designer. Contribute to CoeurWay and MYLE EMR by enhancing AI quality and reliability in healthcare.
This senior individual contributor role focuses on prompt engineering within MEDFAR’s AI products. You will work closely with product designers, developers, and clinical teams to ensure high standard outputs. Your expertise will drive continuous improvements and support our innovation in AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and improve CoeurWay's prompt architecture
• Lead model selection for prompt tasks
• Define quality benchmarks for AI outputs
• Re-align and enhance evaluation frameworks
• Collaborate with GenAIOps for production readiness
Requirements:
• 5+ years in AI/ML or related fields
• 2+ years in prompt engineering within LLMs
• Experience with modular prompt design
• Familiarity with healthcare domains
