Job Description
Contract: 6 Months + Extension Hours: 37.5 Work Model: 4 days in office (Downtown, Toronto) Must Haves
5+ years in QA Automation and software quality engineering Robust experience with Python and Pytest for automated testing. Proficient in SQL scripting for data validation and backend testing. Backend Data Validation & Functional Testing:
Validating inputs/outputs, performing data checks. Experience with Pandas, SQL, and/or API testing (Postman). Comfortable with validating data across different systems.
Functional Testing:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional test cases based on business requirements, BRDs, and user stories. Perform end-to-end testing across systems to validate business workflows and data integrity. Analyze requirements and identify gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases early in the SDLC. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify acceptance criteria and expected behavior. Hands‑on exp...
