Role & responsibilities:

• 8+ years of overall BPM experience and 5+ years of relevant BPM Quality management experience in GIS domain.
• Proven experience in managing overall effectiveness of GIS/Maps processes through Quality Control, process improvements and other Assurance Interventions.
• Experience in working on various Industry leading GIS platforms with key Maps clients.
• Good experience & knowledge in Quality management Systems, Process Improvement, Service Delivery Quality Management Systems.
• Good working knowledge of Quality Control methodologies
• Good working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Lean methodologies
