In this role you will:
  • Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge

    • Portfolio Management & Client Retention

  • Primary Liaison: Act as the lead advisor for a dedicated roster of pension funds, endowments, foundations, and corporate treasury clients.

  • Service Excellence: Lead regular investment review meetings, discussing portfolio performance, attribution, and market outlook in detail.

  • Strategic Retention: Develop and execute individualized Client Success Plans to ensure long-term satisfaction and mitigate competitive threat.

    • Technical Advisory & Reporting

  • Portfolio Insight: Translate complex investment strategies (Fixed Income, Equities, Alternatives, and ESG) into clear, actionable insights for client boards and investment committees.
