& Requirements Who we are looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Payroll, including SAP HCM PA, OM, PY and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for Germany or Switzerland.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schemas and rules, personnel calculation rules (PCRs), wage types, bank file configuration, and EC–Payroll integration concepts.
  • Proven experience configuring and customizing SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors ECP to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Solid expertise in analyzing and resolving payroll and HR data‑related issues in hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors landscapes.
  • Strong background in business process analysis, optimization, and project delivery within HR transformation programs.
  • Good command of German (spoken and written).
