We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead our 30-person engineering team distributed between the United States and Pakistan. This is a critical, long-term position for a servant-leader who excels at fostering collaboration across different cultures and time zones. The ideal candidate will have a balanced background in both agile project leadership and technology, enabling them to effectively manage a team working within a complex technical structure and addressing technical debt.
