You will steer the technical direction of the platform, provide strategic advice to stakeholders, and transform business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Platform & Core Development: Customization, scripting, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
• ITSM: Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• HRSD: HR Service Delivery
• Service Portal & Workspaces: Employee Service Center, Agent Workspace
• Integrations: REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub
• ITOM & CMDB
• Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
