Lead projects with Ansept Construction as a Senior Site Superintendent across Western Canada, managing all on-site operations from start to finish. Oversee trade coordination, safety, and schedule management to ensure project success.

As the highest authority on-site, you will ensure smooth project execution from mobilization to handover. This role focuses on safety enforcement, quality assurance, and trade coordination, emphasizing effective communication with the Project Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules and addressing risks proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage on-site operations from mobilization to project handover
• Coordinate trades and maintain daily, weekly, and 3-week schedules
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor workmanship quality
• Enforce compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Prepare inspection readiness and maintain documentation
