Our client, an award-winning business within agriculture and soft fruit production, based in Suffolk, has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Growing Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
 
The successful Senior Growing Assistant should have:
·Proven experience of growing at least one of the soft fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries
·Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and crop management practices
·Experience managing inputs, costs, and working to production targets
·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
·Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
·Use of irrigation programs (Dream & Talgil)
