Position Overview

The company is evolving its productivity engineering ecosystem by embedding AI‑powered engineering into its platform to improve developer productivity, operational excellence, and platform initiatives. We are looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer who can design, orchestrate, and operationalize agent‑based systems that improve engineering workflows across the entire software development lifecycle—from inner dev loop (IDE, local workflows) to CI/CD platforms and developer tooling.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be hands‑on in designing and building AI‑powered systems that:

• Automate workflow diagnostics, triage, and optimization using intelligent agents
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and developer AI platforms
