In this role, you will:• Onboarding Architecture Ownership – Define and maintain target-state architecture for client sign-up, KYC/AML, and product ordering/onboarding journeys, with a strong focus on enabling sales funnel velocity across all channels (Digital, Branch, Contact Centre).
• Client-Facing Experience Design – Architect micro-UIs, micro-apps, and client-facing digital experiences optimized for scale, usability, and security.
• API & Integration Strategy – Lead design of REST APIs and resource modeling for onboarding, ensuring extensibility, security, and alignment with enterprise integration patterns.
• Product Ordering & Workflow Orchestration – Build orchestration and sequencing patterns to support single and multi-product onboarding flows, cross-sell journeys, and adjudication.
