We're hiring on behalf of a mission-driven healthcare technology nonprofit whose platform has reached tens of millions of patients in low-income communities across the US. They're growing the team that builds the SaaS product hundreds of safety-net clinics rely on every day to manage patients and run patient engagement programs.

This is a senior IC role with shared team-lead responsibilities - owning complex full-stack features end-to-end, mentoring mid-level engineers, and shaping architecture across a Rails monolith and React SPA.
