What you will do

This role oversees end-to-end sourcing activities for direct materials supporting new and recently launched products. You will lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost management while partnering closely with engineering, research and development, and program teams across regions. The scope includes strategic sourcing, financial performance management, and supplier enablement across multiple product life cycle stages.

• Lead supplier selection and sourcing activities for new product development and product transfer initiatives across multiple businesses and geographies.

• Negotiate supplier agreements covering cost, payment terms, service levels, lead times, quality requirements, and escalation processes.

• Manage Purchase Price Variance performance for an assigned supplier portfolio, including standard cost updates, spend tracking, and price forecasting.
