This role is part of the Global Investigations team, BMO’s independent investigative unit. The team leads investigations into matters raising significant criminal, civil, regulatory, or reputational risk, including allegations involving significant misconduct and/or breaches of BMO’s Code of Conduct. It conducts background and due diligence services and liaises with law enforcement regarding inquiries, criminal proceedings, and warrants without notice (Dawn Raids).

The role performs sophisticated data analytics to identify known or previously unidentified criminal behaviours involving customer and employee groups. It supports investigations by providing key data and contributing to investigative processes. It acts as a subject matter expert on BMO data and data modeling for criminal risk mitigation, guiding management programs and investigation activities....
