Job Description
Responsibilities
Define, design and develop innovative circuits for high-performance timing products
Mentor, lead and/or supervise junior designers
Lead new product development projects
Work closely and efficiently with remote engineering teams such as layout, digital, system design and validation
Support Test, debug and characterize prototypes in the lab
Provide technical support throughout the entire product development cycle and release to production
Great attitude, self motivation, and excellent teamwork
Solid knowledge of integrated circuit design, device physics and advanced process technology
Experience in designing PLLs or building blocks such as VCO, phase detector, charge pump and other related circuits
Deep understanding of transistor modeling, circuit noise theory and phase noise concepts
Proficient in Cadence analog / mixed signal simulation toolset
