About the Company
Our Client is a leading European software engineering organization known for its strong engineering culture, technical excellence, and ownership-driven mindset. A small, startup-like team within the organization is building a desktop control plane for local AI inference, enabling users to deploy, configure, and manage AI models directly on local devices.
The product has already reached MVP stage and is moving rapidly toward open-source release. The team works closely with users, iterates quickly, and operates with minimal bureaucracy, allowing engineers to make meaningful technical decisions and see their impact immediately.
- Location: Poland (Remote)
- Work Model: Full-Time | Remote
- Work Authorization: Valid Work-Permit for Poland
- Compensation: PLN 252,000 – PLN 373,000 annually
