Role : Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Rate : CAD 45/hr to CAD 55/hr

Language Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and leadership positions
• Proactively headhunt and engage passive candidates
• Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify top talent
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
• Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
• Lead intake meetings and hiring discussions
• Share regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline health
• Support employer branding and participate in networking initiatives
