**Business Title: Senior Tax Analyst—Asia Pacific**

Reporting to the Director, Tax - Asia Pacific, the job holder will have opportunities to grow their career with regional tax exposure to 10+ countries in APAC. The job holder should be able to exchange ideas and assist on driving the progress in English and Mandarin effectively.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ **US & Corporate Tax Reporting**
+ Coordinate and review APAC regional tax provision packages (including US GAAP tax provisions, FIN 48, ASC 740 analysis, and Form 5471, etc.) to ensure alignment with corporate requirements.
+ Support US tax reporting deliverables, including tax expense forecasting, cash tax projections, and underlying financial data analysis.

+ **Transfer Pricing & Global Compliance**
+ Implement and monitor Arrow’s intercompany transfer pricing policies and cost allocation systems...
