Senior UX Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design : Oversee end-to-end design projects, including user research, UX design, and service design initiatives, developing innovative solutions to meet user and business needs.
2. User Research and Analysis : Lead both primary and secondary user research, document customer journeys, personas, and segmentation, and analyze user behaviors using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
3. Service Design : Develop and communicate design concepts through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, ensuring designs meet digital service standards and leveraging reusable patterns.
