Position Overview

Senior Water Resources Engineer – Water Resources Technical Team within Stantecs Environmental Services Business Line, based in the Markham office with location flexibility across Canada. The role focuses on mine water management, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling and design of water management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within multidisciplinary teams on baseline and impact assessments, feasibility studies, hydrologic and hydraulic assessments, water balance and water quality models, and water quality investigations.
• Manage complex scopes of work alongside hydrologists, hydrotechnical engineers, hydrogeologists, geotechnical engineers, mining engineers, aquatic biologists, and directly engage with clients.
