Key Responsibilities

You’ll operate as a senior individual contributor and the de facto technical lead across our marketing web properties—owning architecture direction, enforcing coding standards, driving performance excellence, and accelerating high-quality feature delivery. You’ll mentor and oversee contractors, elevate engineering practices, and ensure our WordPress + modern JavaScript stack remains fast, maintainable, and experimentation-ready. Architecture Ownership: Evaluate, refactor, and evolve the WordPress/PHP and frontend JavaScript architecture to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance across all marketing web properties.
