You will own end‑to‑end Workforce Software implementations

High‑impact teams across LATAM and the U.S.

The hiring organization is a large organization within the industrial and manufacturing industry.

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workforce Software T&A solutions for large‑scale manufacturing environments.
• Configure advanced time rules, schedules, accruals, absences, eligibility rules, overtime calculations, and time‑derived payroll logic.
• Develop and manage integrations between Workforce Software and systems such as SAP Employee Central, SAP ECP Payroll, biometric devices, and middleware platforms (CPI, Boomi, etc.).
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design for new implementations and enhancements.
• Lead data migration activities including extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover planning.
