Job Description:

Perform chemical and sensory analysis of flavours and fragrances, ingredients and market products using approved methodologies (e.g., GC-MS).

Establish suitable and effective analytical methods and build analytical spectral libraries, completing the validation and expansion of relevant detection methods.

Develop the laboratory methodology for the GC and GCMS with regards to the extraction and separation.

Partner with flavourists and R&D team to develop market-ready solutions.

Participate in testing and evaluation panels.

Use and maintain the GC-MS system, including replacement of parts and troubleshooting.

Work with quality team to investigate non-conformance issues.
