• Client Impact – Own end–to–end delivery outcomes across multiple large, complex, high–value initiatives, ensuring alignment between client objectives, delivery scope, timelines, and realized benefits.
• Apply proven project, change, and agile delivery methodologies to drive measurable client value, making informed trade‑offs between scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
• Leverage prior experience working with software delivery teams to enhance planning accuracy, risk identification, and issue resolution, while maintaining focus on overall program outcomes.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies, escalating with clear analysis, options, and recommendations when required.
