You’ll maintain a clean and organized section or bar, monitor quality, and ensure that every item meets our presentation standards.We’re looking for someone with experience in both serving and bartending, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences.

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Answer guest questions about food, beverages, wine, and restaurant services.
• Take and prepare beverage orders according to Oliver & Bonacini standards.
• Assist with food running, ensuring plates reach the correct guests promptly.
