General job description
Under general guidance completes the following tasks:
Assists customer by tracing packages, answering questions regarding FedEx products and services, and providing over-the-counter service.
Answers station lines and takes information for pickups.
Maintains and audits all records and files as assigned.
Audits airway bills and records as required.
