Service Delivery Systems & Integration Lead (Contract)

Location: New Westminster, BC (Hybrid; Metro Vancouver). Contract length: 12–18 months, full‑time, 37.5hrs/week.

You will work closely with the Executive Director and management team:

• Develop an organization‑wide service delivery framework
• Align programs across housing, employment, education, and life‑skills supports
• Standardize documentation, policies, and supervision structures
• Design systems to support new and existing housing developments
