Job Description

Are you passionate about IT and customer support? We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team and provide first-level technical assistance to our clients. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and thrive in a multilingual, dynamic environment — this role is for you! We welcome fresh graduates and motivated individuals who are eager to start or grow their career in IT support.

Role Purpose:

  • To offer 1st level IT support to contracted customers
  • To help end-users by acting as a SPOC in resolving and/or addressing their IT issues and queries
  • To provide support through email, chat, ITSM tool or phone
  • To support our customers in the respective contracted languages
  • To maintain and/or improve customer satisfaction by providing consistent support in relation to the issues presented
