Service Engineer - El Marques, QRO
As a Service Engineer for Schleuniger, a Komax Company, you will provide technical support within the designated territory by maintaining contact with established customers, providing customers with technical support and training, and acting as a liaison between the customer and the company.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, working in the office at our Queretaro, Mexico location.
Main responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Schleuniger machines (electro-mechanical and pneumatic).
Provide technical support for customers, employees, and sales representatives.
Travel for field service repairs at the customer's location and repair machines at the office.
Provide systems (hardware and software) troubleshooting as required for CST machines.
Provide machine operator and maintenance training for our customers and sales representatives.
