Job Description

Position Summary


Under the supervision and guidance of the Manager, Customer Support, the Service Hub Representative (SHR) plays an important role in promoting a positive service culture at Seneca by resolving all incoming customer inquiries regarding Seneca programs, subject/course offerings and services, and general Seneca information. The SHR supports customers through a variety of channels, including in person, on the phone, through virtual appointments, and through e-mail/text/social media. As the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective and current students, faculty and staff, the SHR provides the highest level of customer service, reflective of Senecaโ€™s values and mission.
