Job Description

Responsibilities

and Deliverables
  • Customer Repair Operation (CRO)
  • Ensure the diagnosis of ISC instruments.
  • Issue out repair quote.
  • Issue out certificates for instruments.
  • Carry out the repair once the estimate has been accepted or the instrument is under warranty.

    • 2. iNet Fulfillment

  • Prepare iNet equipment for new contract, addendum and replacement.
  • Prepare instrument in line with iNet exchange program.

    • 3. Rental order

  • Preparation of rental equipment according to Customer request
  • Establish the delivery slip, relevant certification and move to shipping department.

    • 4. Internal Repair Operation (IRO)

  • Clean and repair iNet and Rental instruments back from the field.

    • 5. Other Operation activities

  • Maintain on daily basis the stock and inventory files / system with in an...
