Develop and maintain our ServiceNow Service Catalog Create and update Catalog Items and Order Guides Use Variables and Variable Sets, Catalog UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts Design, configure, and develop flows, subflows, and workflows Understand and implement customer and business requirements Consult product owners and the organization on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities Be involved in team decisions; everyone can contribute to the team regardless of the experience
