We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to enhance our design services. You will work collaboratively with technical and business teams to implement and configure the ServiceNow platform effectively. The ideal candidate will customize modules, develop workflows, and provide solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, FSM, EAM)
• Develop workflows and business rules using Flow Designer
• Build and maintain service catalogs and order guides
• Support integrations with REST, SOAP, and JDBC
• Create reports and dashboards for performance analytics
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, FSM, and EAM modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
